If that doesn't satisfy your hip hop quota then, swing over to the Tritone to see the Alien Architect. Finally the Fire has the last day of the Northern Liberties Winter Music Festival and it has a super sweet line up. What's The Deal?

Many of you might be thinking, "Yo Pasta! Where's Toofer Toosday? I need my Toosday fix, dangit!" Well I had a crazy morning and things kind of fell apart on me. So no Toofer, but there is a fantastic show that would cheer anybody up. Granted it's Tuesday, but this is the last day of the residency of Drink Up Buttercup, Cheers Elephant, and New Motels at the Khyber in Philly. To make things even better, they're playing with a kick butt band in The Major Leagues. Do yourself a favor and get on down to that show and forget about this whole Toofer Toosday debacle.

Wow. That's all I can say about the shows going on tonight. At the Lo-Fi in Baltimore a serious rock and roll show is happening. There is no doubt that Le Rug, Pianowire, Screaming Females, and Abiku will tear it down. Also in B-more, the Talking Head plays host to Jason Dove & The Magic Whip, Prabir & The Substitutes, Frenemies, and Labianca. Up in Philly there are two great shows. At the North Star Bar, The What Monsters play along with Infinica, Falkonr, and Triggers. Finally at the Fire there is an amazing line up of bands including Drink Up Buttercup, Cheers Elephant, Ezra Furman, Hezekiah Jones, and Small Flightless Birds. Wow.
